Salary Slip
Your salary slip is uploaded on Web at the end of each month. To view or print the salary slip click on Employee Portal Tab and provide your CNIC (with dashes).
Separation
During the period of initial three months, Contract can be terminated without any notice or any payment in lieu thereof. After successful completion of the initial three months period one month notice is required or pay a lump sum equivalent to one month’s salary as payment in lieu thereof.
Leave Policy
Each employee in a year is entitled to
- Medical Leaves— —–8 Days
- Casual Leaves———10 Days.
- Annual Leaves———14 Days after completion of one year in the company
- Maternity Leaves —–75 Days (2 times only)
- Without Pay Leaves—-Sole discretion of Management.
